Here at NBB we have a few rules set forth by the Province of Manitoba
In accordance with the Government, we’re Code ORANGE
CODE ORANGE RULES: masks are mandatory when visiting us in-store. Effective until further notice.
- Sanitize upon entry
- Maintain a 2m distance from other customers and team
- Use debit or credit card when possible
- Respect and kindness is to be shown to other customers + team
- Half capacity at this time in bth salon and spa
We will not tolerate any discrimination or confrontation. Those displaying hostility towards NBB staff or other customers will be asked to leave.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY METHODS We ship via Canada Post and only offer shipping within Canada at this time.
Local Delivery to Morden and Winkler
- Deliveries will occur Monday – Friday between 4pm – 9pm
- All orders placed before 12pm M-F, will be delivered next business day.
Free Local delivery
- Must be within Morden or Winkler city limits
- All orders placed outside of delivery hours (after 12pm, weekends) will be delivered following delivery business day.
- If ordering a gift for someone else, please input their address into the “shipping address” field, and add an order note if applicable
Curb side Pick Up
- Free Curb side pick up ( We will send you a detailed message where to pick up your order, if you have an concerns click here)
SHIPPING Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store; however, in the event you product is damaged, send us an email!
Canada Wide Shipping Rates
- $10-15 flat rate across Canada for Canada Post Expedited Mail
- Free Shipping over $150
Standard shipping: 2-10 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days
RETURNS or REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on any items (unless they are damaged, exchange or store credit within 7 business days of purchase with receipt)
No refunds on any services provided.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

ONLINE BOOKING A valid credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged during the booking process.
48 HOUR Cancellation policy We will now require at least 48-hours’ notice in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a 50% fee. This fee will also apply to clients that arrive more than 10-minutes after the service start time. No Shows You will be charged full price.
SAFETY POLICY Children are not permitted in our Spa rooms and cannot be left unattended in the waiting area during services. Please arrange alternative child care during your appointment with us.
NO-TOLERANCE POLICY we have a No-tolerance policy for any disrespect , harassment, violence, intimidation, or threats. Nikki’s Beauty Bar provides services for all races, gender expressions, sexes, sexual preferences, religions, and ability. We will constantly try to maintain a positive, respectful and welcoming environment for all clients and team. Nikki’s beauty bar has the right to refuse any client that violates the above policy at any time.
